• Demand Templates with Utilization Factor
  We've enhanced our Demand Templates to give you even more control over your rostering. Now, you can specify a minimum time period for a sales forecast (or Ratio) to reach a certain threshold before triggering an additional shift. This means no more unnecessary shifts for short-lived demand spikes!

• Change Location in Clocking App
  

  Location Device Settings now includes “Allow employees to select a clock in location” toggle for the employees to have the ability to select the designated sub-location they are meant to work at for the day in the new clocking app. Also, the user will no longer be directed to the web app to log in and then be asked to login twice as the second “Sign in” button after selecting region will now direct to the dial pad.

  Authentication issue has been addressed, upgrading to the newest version (current clock v1.0.1(16)) would lock the logged in location clock app for an hour whilst in the background. The access token expires after one hour, and the new package refreshes in the background.

  Both New Clock Web and App will show the sub locations for the employee to select upon clock in before submitting the clock log.

User Experience Improvements

• Onboarding Final Declaration Improvement's
  We have merged the separate 'Sign' & 'Submit' into one easy to complete button named 'Sign & Complete' 
  
  
• BSB Validation Improvements
  Improvements have been made when adding in Bank Accounts, provided the branch/bsb/account numbers are in the correct format, you will be able to successfully save without error. The page may indicate an error e.g. Unknown Bank Branch, however, as long as correct format is applied to all areas, it will be saved/stored successfully. This will reduce issues with saving bank account details that are legitimate.
  
  
• Rehire Improvement
  Once an employee has been rehired, the Standard Hours is now being captured into the employee profile along with the employment status' update to “Active”.
  
  
• Off in Lieu Leave in Talenox
  For Talenox integrated HK and SG companies, different Off in lieus in Talenox can now be added and managed separately to map with Roubler’s individual OIL leave types.
