admins how to create a new global pay rule version in Roubler.
Global pay rules are used as common sets of pay rules that can be cloned to multiple customers, and used as a basis for pay rules in that company.
Pay rule versions are date-driven, and indicate the date at which a set of rules takes effect. The rules definition provides the conditions and actions to be taken when costing timesheets for employees.
Instructions
Navigate to Settings | Pay Rules
Next you’ll need to create a global pay rule (see: How to: Create a new Global Pay Rule)
Click Edit on your global pay rule, then click ‘New Version’
Enter a version name, description and commencement date
Now you’ll need to configure some rules. For more details on configuring rules (see: How to: Create a new Global Pay Rule Version)
Click Save
