If the employee says that they have not received an email, ask them to check their junk/spam mail folders, as the email may land in one of these folders from time to time.
If the employee still cannot locate the email, you may wish to attempt sending the onboarding invite a second time to be sure.
- Click Management > Employees
- Click the Filter button on the top left
- Select Show imported employees only
- Click the Envelope icon on the far right against the employee to re-send the invitation
