1. Update Basic Profile Details (Payrate/Personal Details)
Basic details can be updated in the employee profile, Finance & Payroll tab, Address etc
This will update at the employee's end when they commence their onboarding. If the employee is in the onboarding screens whilst you make this change, ensure they refresh their screen to see the updates
Note: Payrun Defaults, Payrates, Payrun Inclusions, HMRC pages in the employee profile will not be accessible whilst the employee is onboarding as the pay engine profile does not generate until the onboarding is finalised. You will see this error in this scenario.
Any updates/changes here will need to be completed once the employee has finished onboarding
2. Change email address invitation was sent to
If the employee is under 'Invited' in the employee Filter AND has the black envelope still present you can amend the email address you are sending the invitation to.
- In the employee profile, update the email address under 'Notifications Information and save
- Go back to the employee dashboard list and click on the black envelope to resend the invitation to the new email address
Ensure the employee is checking spam, if issues persist receiving the email contact support@roubler.com for assistance

3. Restart invitation (to change documents/forms/
You cannot upload new or additional documents, or edit the custom forms once the invitation has been sent.
If you need to change these items (ONLY IF EMPLOYEE IS STILL UNDER INVITED FILTER)
1. Change email address in Notifications Information to delete@roubler.com
2. Navigate to Employment status tab in the employee profile and delete employee
3. Restart onboarding invitation from scratch
If the employee has commenced their onboarding and is now sitting under 'Onboarding' you will need to log a request with support@roubler.com to have the profile archived and the user name revoked. Note this is a P4 Request with a 2 Business Day Turn Around SLA
