Overview
Established policies regarding breaks, specifying the duration, frequency, and conditions under which employees can take breaks. This ensures consistency between employee shifts and timesheets.
The new break management involves scheduling regular breaks for employees. This may include paid or unpaid short breaks (e.g., 15-minute breaks) and longer breaks.
How it works?
1. When Auto-break is enabled for either shift or timesheet & shift by default - toggle on add or edit shift's side-panels for new shift and update shift is now available. Break will automatically apply according to the duration set in Company settings. When disabled, the toggle will be hidden.
2. When Auto-break is enabled for either timesheet or timesheet & shift by default - a tickbox is on add or edit timesheet is now available. Break will automatically apply according to the duration set in Company settings. When disabled, the tickbox will be hidden.
3. Manual Add breaks is enabled when auto-break is disabled - to add more or remove the added break is also available.
4. Inline update on timesheet's start or end time - auto-break applies when enabled.
