How to Switch to New Onboarding

From 1st May 2024, Roubler will be decommissioning "Legacy" Onboarding. The New Onboarding has been available for six months, and now is the time to make the permenant switch.

What happens if we don't switch?

• Firstly, Flare (in AU) will stop being accessible to customers
• Legacy Onboarding will not be supported at all
• From 31st May, the Legacy Onboarding server will be shut down, and you will need to go through the steps to add New Onboarding, so you can use the feature.

Multiple Documents & Templates

You will have the ability to add multiple uploaded documents and/or link saved RoublerDoc (being released in April) templates to the onboarding process.

Document Privacy

At the point of assigning documents to the onboarding invite, you will be able to select view permissions for the documents.

Rehire & Reinstate

You will be able to seamlessly rehire and reinstate employees. For reinstatements, the employee’s former payroll ID will be reactivated and any relevant leave roll-over will occur. For Rehires, the user will have the option to use the original Payroll ID, or for a new one to be created.

Onboarding Approval

Available in Business Settings, you will be able to add the ability to approve onboarding, as a step to ensure you have been provided what is required from the employee.

Legally binding e-signatures will be available in Onboarding.
