Incomplete Form Alerts
Users can now be guided when completing the onboarding process. There will be an alert about incomplete sections or missing information in the form, ensuring that employee completes all necessary steps before signing the declaration.
There is no alert for the employee to know that they need to submit to complete the onboarding process. However, the employees will be directed to the onboarding everytime they login.
Onboarding Progress UI update
A progress bar serves as the visual representation of the employee’s progress through the form via mobile device.
Clicking the arrow down will show the incomplete/completed steps that when selected, it will take the employee to the page they clicked.
Job Details Page Enhancements
Job details in mobile app is enhanced and the previous button has been removed to avoid confusion.
To avoid confusion, Save and Next are now combined in one button to make sure that details were saved before going to the next step.
Clicking "Save & Next" on a form step will continue to the next step (unless the step is also awaiting a signature).
A warning text on the signature component sign button will be displayed when the step is saved but has not been signed.
Follow Company Rules for non-Rosterable Employees when Rehiring
The company rules is now follows the company’s onboarding setup when rehiring/reinstating an employee. When an employee was terminated and rosterable, the newly rehired employee will be unrosterable if the company is setting is toggled Yes to ‘Onboard as Unrosterable’.
Additional Notifications to Assist User Onboarding
We are now notifying the employee when the invitation has been accepted then hit 'Start', created user name and password and the User Name is linked to their profile.
Note that username update can only be possible via web.
Admin able to Reset MFA
To decrease email traffic and to quickly action login requests in relation to MFA/2FA, we have given Admin users the ability to reset the employee’s multi-factor authentication.
However, due to a detected bug, only Roubler Support can perform this for now. A 'Reset MFA' button has been added in the employee profile’s Settings tab. Once reset, the employee will receive the MFA reset email to enroll a new device or email.
