** Please note that this will onboard the employee in the same state that they were when you terminated them IE Rosterable - ensure you change to non rosterable if there are other steps before they are cleared for rostering***
To reinstate a previously terminated employee you will need to Reinstate them both in Roubler and your chosen payroll system.
SimplePay Customers:
Reinstate Employee in Roubler
1. Go to Management > Reporting > Employees > Terminated Employees to see the 'Reinstate' button.
2. Open the employee profile and navigate to 'Employment Status'
You will see the employment history of the employee including their previous start and finish date, and termination reason.
3. Once reinstated, refresh the Employment Status page to see that the status was changed to 'Active'.
Reinstate Employee in Simple Pay
Navigate to the employee profile and to 'Manage end of Service' and select 'Re-Instate the Employee'
You will then be prompted to enter their new start date
Return to Roubler and the employee's profile, click edit and update on the personal information tab, then refresh your page. You should then see an updated 'Last Successful Sync' dated today's date.

Note: Employees will only appear in the Terminated Employees report if their termination date is within 1 year from termination. Reinstating an employee who's been terminated for more than a year will have to be made visible in frontend, request will to be sent to support.
