A Roubler Employee/User profile is valid to be used for all Roubler Platforms, you are unable to create duplicate/seperate logins unless a unique email/phone number is used.
Below are the two most common scenarios for which a business might need to have their users access multiple platforms.
Scenario 1: Employee works across multiple sites / Entities in the course of their role. They are paid by different entities for each site, and are rostered across both as required.
a) If you wish/need them to complete a full onboarding: Invite employee to the secondary platform, inputting their employee / payment details relevant to that site as you normally would for a new hire. Input location and permission levels as you normally would.
b) If you do not wish/need to have the employee to complete full onboarding process select 'Add Employee' instead and use 'standard employee' so you can input their pay rates and employment conditions. Input location and permission levels as you normally would.
Scenario 2: Admin users need to access multiple platforms to peform payroll, HR or administrative functions. These users are not paid by the other entities, and do not need to onboard.
Select 'Add Employee' and toggle to 'Non Payrolled Employee' - this will mean you do not need to enter pay rates or any payment/tax details.
In both of the above scenarios - Send the invitation to the employees existing 'User Name' (The current user name they log in with EG batman@roubler.com)
What happens next?
The employee will receive a notification to invite them to login to Roubler.
They must select 'LOG IN USING EXISTING ACCOUNT' and use their existing credentials to log in. Do not select 'create new account'
Click on START once logged in and refresh screen
The employee will then be able to select 'Change Business' and access other sites as shown below.
