Management Settings - Download clock application - Apple

Follow these instructions to set up your clocking device/clock in app on an Apple device.

Please note, to set this up you will need at least one rosterable employee.

There are a number of ways employees can clock in and out using Roubler. Staff can clock in and out using the employee self-service app. They can clock using an android device. On a PC via the web clock or using an iPad.

To set up the clock on your iPad, you will first need to navigate to https://app.roubler.com.au/clock using Safari on the iPad. Which will take you to this screen;

You will then need to save the clock to your home screen first select the share button in the top right corner. 

Then Add to Home Screen 

Once this is saved to the home screen, you can select the clock as required.

Once it is added on the home screen, open the app on the Ipad.

You will need to register this device by logging into Roubler on your computer navigating to Management > Settings > Add Device. This is where you can add in the device ID and the location that you would like the clock to be assigned to.
