Feature overview:
We have added a new qualification option on the roster filter side-panel, enhancing the functionality of our platform. This feature provides a powerful tool for roster management by allowing users to filter shifts based on specific qualifications.
The qualification filter will be designed as a multi-select option, similar to the Alerts filter in Time & Attendance. Users can select one or multiple qualifications, and the filter will display shifts exclusively assigned to employees who have the selected qualifications. In case multiple qualifications are chosen, the filter will show shifts assigned to individuals with any of those qualifications.
This addition streamlines roster management by enabling users to easily identify and allocate shifts based on the required qualifications. It enhances scheduling accuracy and efficiency, ensuring that employees with the appropriate skill sets are assigned to tasks that align with their qualifications.
If the requirements have assigned icon, the shifts of the employees with requirements will have the icons
Notes:
- This does not check if the employee shift has the requirement
- All shifts with any of the selected qualifications will be displayed
- If no employee is assigned to the filtered qualification the filter will not return any results
