It has been made a lot easier for the employees to see all available shifts by making multiple shifts with same time, location, position and requirements be in the same shift request. We have added a new column showing the count of shifts having identical information.
How it works?
When the Unassigned shifts were sent to employees to show availability, the total number of shifts will be shown as successfully requested.
In the employee portal, the employee will see all available shifts that matches the requirements like standard hours, position, location access etc.
The employee will then see how many identical shifts that were made available to take on.
Also, the identical shifts are grouped together in the email notification compared to the previous view were all shifts were displayed indivudually.
Then the manager can assign the employees' who accepted the shifts accordingly.
If the shifts are not exactly the same even in start time or break, the shifts will be displayed separately.
